Transforming London's waste into sustainable innovation

Our technology transforms coffee cup waste into a durable, fire-resistant material made using our innovative, plastic-free binder. By repurposing 80% discarded coffee cups with 20% natural binder, we create a fully recyclable material that reduces CO2 emissions compared to traditional manufacturing. Our material combines the strength and versatility of wood, allowing it to be cut, sanded, drilled, and varnished just like timber. It can also be colored in any shade and shaped or finished in various ways to meet the specific needs of our clients. This process reimagines waste as a resource, contributing to a more sustainable, circular economy while offering endless possibilities for design and craftsmanship.

  • Discarded coffee cups

We recycle used coffee cups collected from London's cafés, shredding and sterilizing them in our Park Royal studio to create a unique, sustainable biomaterial.

  • Biomaterial

We process the coffee cup paper pulp and combine it with our plastic-free binder to create a versatile, moldable biomaterial.

  • Panels and objects

The biomaterial is then molded and pressed into a variety of shapes, suited for applications ranging from wall paneling to lampshades and furniture pieces.
